Use Case 1

Diagnose Knowledge Gaps to Enhance Performance

Is uneven Avaloq knowledge slowing your bank down? This interactive tool demonstrates the common pain points that arise from hidden knowledge gaps.

Operational Drag & Costly Errors

+

Are your Relationship Managers spending more time navigating the system than advising clients? Are manual workarounds and parallel Excel sheets bridging gaps that Avaloq should handle natively? These inefficiencies aren't just frustrating; they introduce errors, delay client requests, and drive up operational costs.

Unrealised Platform ROI

+

Are you confident you're leveraging the full spectrum of your licensed Avaloq modules? Often, powerful functionalities in portfolio management, compliance, or reporting remain underutilised simply because teams are unaware of their existence or lack the confidence to use them, leaving significant value on the table.

Protracted Onboarding & Talent Bottlenecks

+

How many months does it take for a new hire to become fully autonomous and productive on the platform? When senior staff must constantly hand-hold junior colleagues, it pulls your most valuable experts away from their core duties and slows your bank's ability to scale effectively.

Elevated Compliance & Reputational Risk

+

In today's regulatory climate, "I didn't know" is not a defense. Could a user's misunderstanding of a process in client onboarding or regulatory reporting (e.g., MIFID II, AML, DAC6) expose your bank to audit findings, regulatory fines, or reputational damage? A robust audit trail requires a provably competent workforce.
